Below is a synopsis of my store. I refer to "our" and "we" frequently through out these web pages because I've been lucky to have excellent people in my employ with whom I trust my business, without them my business wouldn't be what it is today. This year will be my 41st year in the bike business, over 33 years here on the Cape.
Now we are fresh and ready for 2019 and beyond! This past fall and winter we have done a ton of work in and around the shop that we cannot wait to share with our customers. New displays for our bicycles and beautiful new slatwalls throughout. All to highlight some of the newest, latest and greatest products Trek, Bontrager and many other companies have to offer this year. Much of what we have done is an effort to showcase how this shop and the industry have evolved over the many years while still staying close to our roots. When you come and visit, look around and by all means look up! The collection of nostalgia and racing jerseys seems to grow more and more each season. As do bike standards, of which there are few.
I started as a mechanic at my brother Bill's store located in Plymouth, MA. wrenching for a number of years for the shop and for the various teams that frequented the shop. I also raced for 10 years or so as a Category 2 road racer, and I still ride a bit.
Starting in 1986, Corner Cycle took over Full Cycle, a small retailer who had started in 1977. After two years as manager, I purchased the store and moved its location across the street to a larger storefront and incorporated the store as Corner Cycle Cape Cod Inc.
We offer nearly 40 years experience in proper fit and setup of either road, triathlon, or mountain bikes. I'm Trek Level 2 Fit certified. We can do motion capture fit with Trek's Precision Fit program. We pride ourselves in the ability to diagnose problems customers may encounter, either electronic, mechanical, or biomechanical.
We try and post shop, racing team photos, and info on our Facebook page somewhat regularly so please check there to see what's going on.
Our Falmouth bike rental shop provides great service for anyone wanting to ride the Shining Sea bikeway.
Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for advice, but please be patient with our response time.
Ride your bike, because, to quote my friend Steve Pucci, "you pedal like a cow" and if you haven't noticed bovines are not noted peddlers.
